Medicare Rebates
If you have a valid Chronic Disease Management Plan/Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) Plan referral you are entitled to a Medicare rebate of $56 per approved visit (up to 5 Dietitian visits per year). Check with your GP to see if you are eligible. You must have your referral completed before your appointment.
Private Health Fund Rebates
Private Health Funds often provide rebates for dietetic services. Please check with your health fund for information regarding rebates.
