Pathway Nutrition Dietitians are educated to provide evidence-based nutrition advice that is individualised for people in various life stages, as well as those with specific health needs. We can help you with the following nutrition-related health conditions:

Initial Consultation
Approx. 45 minutes, $130*
Your Dietitian will complete a detailed nutrition assessment to assess your nutritional needs and develop goals that aim to prevent or treat disease. A personalised plan will be developed in consultation with you, taking into consideration heath needs and lifestyle.
Review Consultation
Approx. 20 minutes, $75*
Review consultations are useful to monitor progress, develop new goals and adapt nutrition plans as required. You will be provided with ongoing support, information and motivation to assist with reaching your health goals.

Pathway Nutrition is based in North and North-West Tasmania.
We assess individual nutrition needs, develop personalised eating plans, sort nutrition fact from fiction and translate scientific nutrition information into practical advice. We work closely with our clients to develop achievable plans that suit your nutritional needs and lifestyle. The nutrition advice and support provided by Dietitians at Pathway Nutrition can help you achieve and maintain a healthy diet or manage pre-existing health conditions.
Amelia White
After completing schooling in Launceston, Amelia moved interstate to complete a combined degree of Bachelor of Health Science and Master of Dietetic Practice at La Trobe University in Victoria. She is excited to be back in Tasmania working in various clinics throughout the North of Tasmania. Amelia is interested in a wide variety of nutrition-related conditions, however her special interests include heart health, diabetes, weight management and bariatric surgery. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, running and basketball.
Holly Pettingill
Local to North-West Tasmania, Holly Pettingill is the perfect addition to the Pathway Nutrition team. Holly has completed several university degrees, including a Master of Nutrition and Dietetics, Bachelor of Health Science and Bachelor of Education. She has a passion for good food and sharing her knowledge of nutrition with others. Holly doesn’t believe in fad diets or a “one size fits all” approach, rather she will work with you to develop a plan that suits your nutritional needs and lifestyle. Holly’s interests include diabetes, weight management and bariatric surgery.
Ashlee Brient
Ashlee is local to Northern Tasmania, after moving back from Canberra where she studied a Master of Nutrition and Dietetics. She previously studied a Bachelor of Nutrition Science at UTAS and is keen to be back in Tasmania to provide individualised, evidence-based nutrition care to the local community. Ashlee’s main interests include gut health, food intolerances, diabetes and weight management (including bariatric surgery).
Brooke Townsend
Brooke is local to North-West Tasmania and is very excited to be back after studying a Bachelor of Applied Science and Master of Dietetic Practice at Latrobe University in Melbourne. She is looking forward to applying evidence-based principles in the nutrition management of a variety of conditions. Brooke’s areas of interest include diabetes, heart health and adopting a sustainable approach to weight management.
